  Body Defining, LLC is a service oriented company, founded in 2005, by Reggie Lamptey. With his passion for health, wellness and fitness, and his compassion for helping individuals reach and achieve there goals is how Body Defining was created. Body Defining is made up of professional certified personal trainers and massage therapists. We bring to you years of knowledge in the health and wellness, fitness and massage field. We have a range of different certifications, massage schooling, athletics and coaching experience. Each of our trainers and therapists have a drive and knowledge that coincides with Mr. Lamptey’s passion to create a company whose main focus is to help each individual achieve their individual goals. Today’s society is being faced with many health and wellness problems such as: Obesity, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol Levels, Stress, Anxiety and depression just to name a few. Body Defining is dedicated to reach out and help as many individuals assess and tackle these problems in their life. No problem is too big or too small for us to handle. We bring to you creative and innovative techniques to help change the face of the issues of today. From customized exercise plans and diet plans, Strength training, Weight loss, Athletic training and Stretching. Also utilizing our newest training method Meridian Flexibility Training, where it combines eastern philosophy with cutting edge western stretching techniques. We realize that to an individual who is just beginning an exercise regimen or even someone who may be continuing one, going to a large gym can be discouraging and intimidating. Our facility allows our clients to come into a facility where there are only little to no people around during a given session. This gives you more privacy to help you focus on your goals. Body Defining strives to create an environment where we “RESHAPE THE BODY AND THE MIND”
