Detoxifying Foot Bath. This 30 min. treatment can help to remove unwanted toxins from your system by drawing them out through you feet, while you sit and relax.

Typically Physician Prescribed Therapy. Neuromuscular techniques including, but not limited to trigger point therapy can be used to increase and improve communication between the neural system and muscular system to improve reflexes and proprioception as well as modify chronic muscle tonicity issues.

Prescribed therapy. Sports massage is a broad base of techniques used to treat both sub-acute as well as chronic injuries. NOTE: Treatment of acute injuries should not be attempted without a physician evaluation and prescription.

This treatment addresses, in specific, jaw (temporal-mandibular joint) dysfunction. Treatments are geared for 30 min. and are designed to relieve pain and correct the cause. Symptoms of TMJD may include recurring headache, jaw pain, popping and misalignment of jaw, inability to open the jaw fully, trouble equalizing pressure in middle ear, teeth grinding during sleep and others.

Warm herbal poltice applied during massage (wet or dry) after which you may take the herbal balls home for use later.

Reiki is a form of energy healing which works by aligning the Chakras (energy points) in the body facilitating healing on an energetic and spiritual level. It can be beneficial in treating anything from cancer, auto immune diseases, physical or emotional pain, as well as being utilized as a therapeutic and / or preventative measure for promoting health and well being. Additionally, Reiki can be helpful to women during delivery to help calm and sooth, pre and post surgical to reduce bleeding, healing time, and the need for anesthetic and pain medication.

Massages of Hands and/or feet in order to effect other areas of the body through reflex points.

Massage administered side lying for pregnant women, can aid in reducing stretch marks and assist in promoting good health during the pregnancy.

Can assist in helping the recently pregnant woman to return to her former body shape as well as assist in shrinking the uterus after delivery.

Prescribed therapy. This rechnique involves stretching, spreading and seperating the fascial tissues and membranes that connect, surround and seperate muscle fibers.

Typically these treatments are physician prescribed therapy, but available to anyone with a chronic injury or pain. Frozen Shoulder, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, TMJ dysfuntion, tennis elbow, chronic neck or back pain, just to name a few can all be helped without surgery in many cases.

This prices helps to move waste products through the lymphatic system and can be very helpful in treating edema (swelling) in various areas of the body assisting the body in returning to health after an injury or disease (medical clearance from your physician may be required from some maladies).
