Barre Yoga
This class is a fusion of Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Iyengar.Expect 20 to 25 min of Powerful Vinyasa Flow to warm up and get the juices flowing followed by 25 min of Alignment based Standing Barre Yoga work, and 15 min Seated Restorative Barre Yoga and 10 min Savasana.Barre Yoga is designed for alignment junkies. It uses the ballet Barre to stretch, lengthen and strengthen every micrometer of your body. You've never really done a warrior three until you've done it at the barre. It is a comprehensive practice that teaches proper alignment principles with the aid of the barre. The barre will give you traction in every pose and a reference point.
