Great experienceBy Becca | June 10, 2013
I came in for a massage and pedicure a little while ago and both were fantastic! They are a little pricier but the way you are treated and the quality of service is well worth it, especially for the pedicure. Will be back!

Not worth the time or moneyBy J | January 25, 2013
A friend of mine and I have both visited this spa a couple times. We both felt that the first time was just a so-so experience, but we ended up getting a Groupon and thought we would give them another chance after they had been open a little longer. The service still didn't improve. They are already a little overpriced and then have a habit of "upselling" additional little things that I think should be part of your normal hour long service for massage. Additionally, both times they called and either needed to reschedule the appointments or inquire about moving them to a different time on the same day. Just not very professional at all.
And by the way, although the Spa Finder website says they take Spa Finder gift cards, they always claim that they are not set up to do so.

Stay away-NOT worth it!By annaw | December 19, 2012
I purchased a groupon for the massage, facial, and mani/pedi. The entire experience was a MESS. The front desk girl was rude and rushed me into the changing room. Just not the way you want to start your day of relaxation. Also, no intake form...don't you want to know if I'm allergic to something?
Though my massage and facial were not bad, the mani/pedi was absolutely abominable and it ruined my entire day. My nails were super uneven, and there was a huge space between my cuticle and the paint. It looked like my manicure was like 2 weeks old and I literally just got it? Awful. The pedicure was 10x worse. She barely buffed my feet (there was still dead skin like hanging off, gross) and each of my toenails was a different length. Then she roughly scrubbed the hell out of my legs with some crappy salt scrub --painful! Who does that? You're supposed to lightly graze the skin. It turned my skin raw and bright red. At this point I couldn't stand it anymore and decided to leave.
I thought the front desk would be helpful, but they actually said "good" after I said I would not be coming back. And that was after I was super polite just tried to graciously exit. Either train your staff or keep your junior employees away from customers.
