Michael E. Monaco, M.D.

Michael E. Monaco, M.D., RSVP Med Spa’s medical director, received his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Missouri in Kansas City, and went on to receive his doctorate of medicine from the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Medicine. After an internship at the University of Missouri’s Kansas City Consortium of Hospitals from 1987 to 1988, Dr. Monaco stayed to complete his residency in internal medicine from 1988 to 1990. Dr. Monaco is a diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners and is also certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has years of experience as a clinical instructor, received many honors and awards and is affiliated with the Menorah Medical Center.

Brenda Roberts, L.M.T., C.L.T., I.C.T., M.A.

Brenda Roberts, L.M.T., C.L.T., I.C.T., M.A., is the president and owner of RSVP Med Spa. She has held certification since 2002 in cosmetic laser treatment and has trained doctors and their staff on the use of laser equipment. She has also been trained to provide skin consultations for various treatments. In addition to being a laser technician, national trainer, consultant and business owner, Roberts is also trained in massage therapy and micropigmentation.

Kelly Catalano

Kelly Catalano, licensed esthetician, C.L.T., joined the medical esthetician industry after graduating from Johnson County Community College’s esthetics program in 2006, and holds many advanced certifications in advanced skincare techniques and products. Catalano holds certifications for Deka Dot, Venus Freeze, Cutera and Asclepion, and is a national trainer for Deka/tattoo removal. Before joining RSVP Med Spa, Catalano worked in critical care at an area hospital and performed esthetic services in a dermatology setting. She also is a certified life coach and Reiki practitioner.

Katie McNeil

Katie McNeil, licensed esthetician, graduated from the University of Kansas and the Aveda Institute of Esthetics almost seven years ago, and has since served as the lead esthetician in medical and day spas throughout Kansas City. She recently returned to the area after two years of treating celebrities in Hollywood. Along with her experience in traditional skincare treatments, McNeil specializes in chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and HydraFacials.

Sara Daves

Sara Daves, licensed esthetician, is a licensed esthetician and licensed esthetics instructor, and holds advanced training certificates in chemical peels, acne and rosacea.
