This class is structured to relax the body while firming it up at the same time. Flow-SLS encourages resistant areas to open up in regards to the mind, body, physical, mental, and spiritual journeys. Flow is our OMMMMM class, relaxing, releasing, and recharging. Flow incorporates the holistic and traditional principles of Joseph Pilates technique, biomechanics, functional training with some relaxing yoga practice.
