Nadine M. Jankowski, CRP, LMT, LPN began her career in the health care field as a Reiki Practitioner studying under Mary Kruzel in 1999. Reiki opened up a new world including meditation, the study of crystals, aromatherapy, nutrition, the power of thoughts and emotions, cellular memory, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and self healing, which ignited a desire to share this gift and learn other modalities of healing. In 2001 Nadine earned her license in Massage Therapy in the state of Ohio, a certification in Neuromuscular Therapy and recently obtained her license as a LPN in the state of Ohio. Nadine offers a variety of massage and manual therapy techniques to meet the needs of the individual. Nadine uses a balanced approach to allow for comfort, trust and a sense of well being, in keeping with the principle of Reiki "Do no harm." Nadine offers, but is not limited to the following types of treatment: Relaxation massage; Deep-tissue massage; Body Brushing; Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT); Reiki integrated with massage; Myofascial therapy, Aromatherapy and more! Lori graduated from The Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage and received her massage license from the Ohio State Medical Board in 2003. She has been teaching massage program courses at The Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage since 2009. In addition, Lori received extensive training in the John F. Barnes method of Myofascial Release and Unwinding and has been specializing in this since 2005. Catherine E. Foytik, MSW, LISW-S, CRMP, CHT received her Bachelors and Masters degree in Social Work from Cleveland State University and attended the Institute of Holistic Health Careers and The Wellness Institute. She is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisory Designation in the State of Ohio, a Certified Relaxation Massage Practitioner as well as a Heart- Centered Hypnotherapist/Clinical Hypnotherapist, Specializing in an integrated mental/behavioral/holistic approach to healing. Cathy is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, the National Association of Social Workers and the Parma Area Chamber of Commerce. Cathy has over 9 years experience in the field and has experience working with individuals, families, groups and couples of all ages consisting of the following: Infants, toddlers, children, preteens, adolescents, and adults; developmentally delayed; multiple/dual diagnosis clients; grief/bereavement issues; crisis interventions/response; self-image distortions; eating disorders; depression; anxiety; bipolar; PTSD; borderline personality disorders, social phobias, adjustment disorders; ADHD; substance abuse/dependency and many more.
