This incredibly cool class was designed with the athlete in mind and is based upon CrossFit's Mobility and Movement course, designed by top Physical Therepast, Kelly Starett of CrossFit San Francisco. Many of the exercises in this class can be found on Kelly's awesome site: mobilitywod.com.This class is designed to address injuries, increase suppleness and enhance range of motion and physical recovery.
