Located in the Universal Sports Academy in Martinez, this fully outfitted CrossFit area has 2500 square feet of workout space and access to USA Academy's 48,000 sq feet of turf space for an amazing CrossFit experience.

This incredibly cool class was designed with the athlete in mind and is based upon CrossFit's Mobility and Movement course, designed by top Physical Therepast, Kelly Starett of CrossFit San Francisco. Many of the exercises in this class can be found on Kelly's awesome site: mobilitywod.com.This class is designed to address injuries, increase suppleness and enhance range of motion and physical recovery. We'll teach you the techniques and flexibility exercises that you can do on your own, and most at home! |
