I've been to Krystelle Spa twice now and both times have been great experiences. I got a 60 minutes Swedish massage from Beth which was so relaxing I had a hard time staying awake. She is very pleasant and friendly to be around.I also tried the new 7 minute brazilian wax which was done by the owner, Jolly. This was great because waxing isn't exactly my favorite thing to do--it's nice to just get in and get out. Jolly is friendly and comfortable to be around, which is especially important when someone is dealing with your hoohoo.I'd come back again and will be scheduling my brazilians here regularly. I am also interested in trying out their other services such as the facials and teeth whitening.

went to Krystelle Spa because friends and family kept telling me that I needed to get a massage since my body was so tense and sore from work. This was my first time every getting a professional massage and I thought the experience would be pretty awkward, but it wasn't at all. The owner did a great job at making me feel comfortable right away, she was very sweet and welcoming. After filling out some paper work she directed me to an extremely comfortable and peaceful room which I definitely could have easily fallen asleep in. Calming music, a running fountain and a low illuminating light from an imitation fire place contributed to the relaxing effect, not to mention the ridiculously comfortable massage table. I received an hour long swedish massage that felt amazing! My body was completely relaxed and a lot of tension in my neck, back and shoulders, which are my trouble spots, was relieved. Along with feeling extremely relaxed I also felt very appreciated for even coming into their particular spa, I was treated very well and their goal was to make sure I went on my way in a great mood. I would definitely recommend Krystelle Spa to any new comers and think I'm going to make a habit of getting massages there myself on a more

Just happened to pass by this SPA and was attracted to their big 135-gallon aquarium with an 18" Arowana, 2 parrot fishes and 2 cichlids. Went in and was cordially and pleasantly greeted by its owner Jolly. I had a massage with Beth and I can say that it was one of the best massages I had in my life. Will surely come back again and will bring my wife for a couple's massage. Will also try their other sevices such as manzilian, haircut and hair coloring. Thank you Jolly, owner of Krystelle Spa for an excellent service.

Since I moved to the area in March of this year, I've started going to Krystelle. The owner Jolly is very personal, and it's admireable that she is the one that handles the reception to ensure that everything ran smoothly for all my services. The ladies of Krystelle are warm, and friendly, and so is the waiting area which serves a variety of coffee or tea. I usually get a facial, face waxing, and one hour Swedish massages from Beth, and I highly recommend her to everyone! Beth is always anticipating my needs, and always makes sure that I am comfortable, and makes any necessary adjustments if need be when applying pressure. I usually like deep pressure, and she is excellent at it.The only complaint I have is the price of my full face wax which comes up to $60 (eyebrows, upper lip, sideburns, and chin), which they individually charge at $15 per part. I've gone to other high end day spas, and they have usually just charged me no more than $45, and is listed as a package on their price listing. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the location, where there is a sushi restaurant, a nail salon, a sandwich shop, and a coffee shop in the plaza.

My husband and I had our first experience at this day spa back in August 2005. This was right before the previous owner sold the business. We had a couple's massage and had such a great experience we went back 6 months later. The spa menu had pretty much stayed the same, however the management and massage therapists had changed. Not thinking it would be any different than the first visit, my husband and I signed up for another couple's massage. The two MTs were unsure how to arrange us in the room (although the rooms has not changed since August) and told us that they felt it would be more comfortable for us if we went into separate rooms. It was also mentioned that it was one of the MPs first day working there and she "wasn't comfortable" working in the room with limited space. So we went into separate rooms and I was relaxing as my massage therapist began to do her work. About 5 minutes into the session I could hear the other massage therapist in the room next door talking to my husband and them holding a conversation. This continued for the remainder of the session. I was unable to relax and thoroughly enjoy my experience, and by the time I was done I was more aggravated and tense than I was when I arrived. When I reunited with my husband he told me his MPs life story. I thought it was highly unprofessional as she was paid for her services, not to gossip.Being that this day spa is fairly close to our home it's probable that we will return however next time we will make sure to request not to have the therapist from before.Couples Massage (60 minutes) = $120 + tip
