It's an OK place for the massage I wanted, but if you're looking for more of an atmosphere, try elsewhere. But it's not bad here.

Good massage for the price
Great work. Feel terrific after that. No privacy but I guess this is what the price implies.

No frills massage
I don't think it is a secret that this place is essentially a room full of tables separated by floor to ceiling curtains. No one comes here for the ambiance. They are also known for their style of massage which includes walking on you, knees, elbows, and follows a definite pattern. If you're looking for specific issues to be addressed or medical massage therapy, it isn't the place for you and they don't hold themselves out as offering that level of service. You get a relatively inexpensive massage, your choice of how much pressure you like, and that is all! I love it, they're open late and I can get a same day massage 99% of the time.

When a massage is just a massage
this is the place to come. If you need to just relax your muscles with a regular massage this place can do it. No special thrills here. My bf wasnt home and I needed a good hand on my back and this place did just that- the average massage. Nothing extraordinary. simply what it is.

Great Massage for the price
Sometimes what you need is just a massage that you can just get with no frills, etc. I went into Graceful services and it is nothing special. It is not like a Red Door spa. But during those nights when I needed to work late and all the kinks on my back were flaring up, this was the place to go. All the massage staff were consistent with the way that they massaged, so it was great going there knowing each time I went i woudl get a great massage. On top of that the price is completely affordable. With these prices I can get a massage every other week instaed of once a month at those expensive places.

This was the worst spa experience of my life. I read the reviews on this site and expected a "no frills" place with "the best massage." Apparently, "no frills" means "no privacy", because the massage beds are all lined up in a hospital-like manner in one little room, with only about 2 feet of space between each one, and separated from the other beds and the reception area by nothing but short plastic curtains. The worst part, however, was the actual massage. Never before have I been straddled by the masseuse and massaged with her elbows or given a wedgie so that she may rather painfully massage my buttocks. The massage was anything but relaxing, and the next day I felt as though I had been run over by a herd of elephants. Unless you enjoy pain and discomfort, I would advise everyone to steer clear of this place. There is nothing "graceful" about the way they handle their clients.

The best massage!
I experienced the best massage in a long time at this simple, clean, no frills place. Reception staff is casual and friendly and appointments run on schedule. The masseuse did all the right things. I left feeling really good in body and spirit. I've already made my next appointment. JR, NYC

Just had a massage here . . .
It's a no frills place, but if you want a good massage to get the kinks out at a low price, then this is the place to come. The one thing I didn't like the 2 times I came here was when they put the hot towels on my back...bit too hot. Other than that it was great! Walked out with less knots.
