Absolute Vitality Spa

My company sent me to Tempe for a 3 day meeting at the Fiesta Resort, boy was I ever happy to learn that there was a spa on site. Small, cozy and delightful. My massage was great, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was adorable. Just make sure you call in advance for your appointment as they don't take walkins.

What a HORRIBLE experience!! First of all they got the time wrong for my massage by 4 hours! So when I showed up for my appointment I was told that my appointment was at noon and they couldn't see me now...they could however book it for tomorrow, an hour before my flight IF I gave a credit card number to "hold" the spot. When I asked why I didn't have to give one the first time, I was told by the "massage therapist" (I use this term loosely) that she did in fact ask me for it during the original booking but I REFUSED. I cannot believe that she stood their and lied to my face, and the owner's, who by the way seemed to be okay with this! I would stay far, far away from this place as their lack of ethics are completely out of line with the principles and values often associated with organizations that promote self care. What a joke!!!

Every visit to Absolute Vitality is such a Great experience! The staff is friendly and always attentive to your needs. I walk out feeling fresh and relaxed! The services are always professionally performed,to my utmost satisfaction!
