Sente Bella Day Spa

The organic facials are amazing - ask for Serena if you can. The first time she did a pumpkin mask, then every time I've been back (about 5-6 times now) I'm impressed that Serena uses different treatment so my skin always comes out new and glowwy - blueberry, chocolate, coconut, hibiscus, plum.... Its so yummy and smells so good. Also did a brow wax last time was worried i wouldn't relax for facial - but no worries - I think i drooled i relaxed so much ;-)

I had a SpaFinder gift certificate and decided to use it here for a massage & spa pedicure. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! The Downtown location was easy to get to & parking was ok too. I went on a weekday afternoon & found parking within a block of the location. Staff is very friendly and facilities are clean, relaxing. I gave 4 stars because I was slightly put off that I was asked for my CC# when booking appointment. They explained why, but it just made me feel like I had to give up my personal financial information because they had some bad past customers...nothing like being punished for other people's bad behavior! Thankfully, I didn't have to leave one when I mentioned I was bringing a gift certificate, but I did have to give my GC# instead.

I really like this place. It is not the hang out all day/relaxation lounge kind of spa, but I have had several services here and am very pleased overall. They have a good selection of spa services and are a medical spa. They also offer great specials by email and sometimes Groupon. Once there was some confusion as to what was offered in a special I purchased, but they resolved it in my favor and fully honored my understanding of the special. The staff is really friendly too.

I love Sente Bella spa! The staff is very friendly and always accomodating. It is the perfect place to "freshen up" your appearance. The botox specials are great. Thanks!

I made an appt for 5 people for my sis' bachelorette party, and over the phone i was told there is a 20% discount. My sis and I missed our appts and i was told i will be charged the full fee for 90 mins massage but will only get 60 mins, and that was fine. But the other 3 girls met their appts and were also charged the full amount, (they only have 2 masseuse.) Not only were we charged the full amount but did not ge the discount either. The service was great, but the receptionist took advantage of us and i felt discriminated against. I probably should have been more aggressive, but that day i didn't want my sister to stress out.

I was visiting San Diego from DC for a conference with only one day in which to treat and indulge myself. I spent hours looking online for the right spa offering the package I wanted (massage, facial, manicure, pedicure). While none of the spas offered that particular package, Sente Bella did offer a massage, facial, body scrub package. Wasn't planning on the body scrub, but since it was to be a day of indulgence I figured why not. I arrived on time and was taken right away by the massage therapist. She was good. I would have liked a firmer massage, but I guess I could have told her that. Afterwards, I went with Jennifer for the body scrub. I did tell Jennifer that she could be firmer with her touch and she did. I couldn't quite relax because I am adverse to having sticky things on my body and while I don't believe the sugar scrub was sticky (I didn't want to touch my skin to find out), just the thought that it might be made me a tad uneasy. I had to tell myself that it was sand, but still I knew better. Despite that personal issue my skin felt incredibly soft and wonderful (not sticky) after I rinsed off. Next was the facial. It had been quite some time since I had a facial, but none were as good as this. Jennifer, who also did the facial, was gentle and took her time with the entire process. I practically fell asleep. My type A personality kept thinking about what I had to do later, but I forced myself to live in the moment and experience Jennifer's gentle touch and relaxing strokes. Fantastic! Plus, Jennifer also had the right balance of conversation. She would readily speak if I wanted to, but otherwise was quiet to allow me to enjoy the experience. Afterwards, I couldn't wait to see my face in the mirror - to see if there were any visible differences. I gotta say, I did look younger. My face was truly glowing. (That evening I had dinner with a group of colleagues and so many of the women came up to me to tell my that my face was glowing!) Finally, I ended my 5 hour day of indulgence with a manicure and pedicure. Vanessa was really great. She was nice and personable. I felt the manicure was a bit rushed, as well as the pedicure, but not as much; however overall I was pleased. Especially when after Vanessa put a coat of polish on all of my toes and I didn't like the color, she was more than happy to change the color without issue.I recommended the spa to several of the women I was with and I belive at least two of them made appointments and loved it too. If I'm ever in the San Diego area I will definately go back!!

Sente Bella Spa is such a great spa. The staff is very gracious and friendly. I was extremely satisfied with my visit. I recommend the Sente Bella facial; it was such a treat.My only complaint is parking; however, if you arrive early enough just park in Horton plaza and walk over.
