I always enjoy my visit to this spa. I find the staff to be much more courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly than other spas I have visited. The prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. I come away feeling refreshed and looking forward to my next visit.

I had the pleasure of visiting this spa and like most people was skeptical of trying a new place. I have been to many different spas. Some of the biggest, filled with the most impressive and expensive decor failed to provide a good experience or massage. The service and massage at Kimberly Lauren's was DYNAMIC! I truly walked away feeling awesome. I encourage others to book an appointment here. Prices are extremely reasonable.

My husband and I have been clinet's of Kim's for over 5 years. Throughout this time, we have had regular massages (every 2 weeks) for various aches and pains. In addition to providing an overall full body massage that soothes aways the tension and stress of everyday life, Kim also has the talent to pinpoint and work on specific "trouble" areas. I had "frozen shoulder" that I suffered with for over 6 months...going to orthopedic doctos, physical therapy, etc. Nothing helped me more than Kim working that specific area. If you haven't been to the new office, give it a try. Beautiful colors and serene feel. Everyone is always so helpful and responsive. If I have had to change my appt. time or get in quickly due to an injury, my needs have been accomodated without question. I really feel that Kim and all her staff care about my well-being...now that's refreshing :) I

I have been going to Kim's for 7 years now. This is the easiest review I have ever wrote Kim's staff is professional, and courteous. The best massage I have ever had. I am a regular customer, and have recently switched from my 1 hour massage, to a 1 and 1/2 hour massage. Trust me, you get the full 1 hour, or 1 and 1/2 hour massage. I read the reviews here on this site, and just don't believe what one jackass said. I have never had a problem with canceling, and rescheduling due to my work schedule, the linen is always fresh, all of the surroundings are clean, well kept, and parking has never been a problem. I have know Kim for close to 10 years. She is the real deal, and so is her staff, friendly and caring. They have a wide breath of knowledge and have worked on many people I know. Sports enthusiasts, to the elderly have all loved their experience at this spa. Never have I heard a negative comment. I have and will continue to recommend and use their wonderful expertise!

I would highly reccomend Kimberly Lauren's Body & Health Studio. My husband & I both go here, for 1 hr. massages.....which are out of this world!! We go on a regular basis & schedule our appts. 3 months in advance!! This studio is clean, colorful ,spacious, & relaxing. No problems with parking. Everyone is very pleasant & friendly. I have been seeing Kim for over 6 yrs. & my 1 hr. massages have NEVER been less than the full 60 minutes. She always gets rid of my aches & pains! If you want to unwind & relieve stress & muscle aches, make an appt here.... You'll be very happy you did.

I have had massages at a couple of other places but not like I get at KSL. I need high pressure and get it here - for a full hour. The owner is very knowledgeable and professional - not only massaging problem areas but giving me exercises and other pointers on what I can do between appointments to alleviate the pain. The office staff couldn't be more friendly and the office is clean and comfortable. I consider KSL the foundation of a healthy lifestyle. If you want to be healthy and/or stay healthy check it out!

With my mothers recommendation my husband and I have both visited Kim. He absolutely loved her massage, and highly recommends it as well. My last visit was wonderful. I am pregnant, and its caused a lot of pain to my hip. Kim put the majority of her focus on this area, and I feel SO much better now! I appreciated her approach to the massage, and she did her very best to insure that I was comfortable and content. Her office is well decorated, and peaceful. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a relaxing massage, or has a problem area that they want addressed. My immediate family has all visited her, and all of us have had great experiences. I'm a mind-body therapist who has experienced many massages. Have been seeing Kim for over a year. This has been among the best ever. Professional and skilled staff, lovely new facility, adequate parking. Kim has a very healing touch and varies her approach according to my need, from light to deep. In several sessions she helped me release excruciating pain no one else could and enabled me to get off pain meds. Kim really cares about her clients. She has always been on time and given 110%. Very highly recommend. There are no male massage therapists there, no waits, etc - so critical reviewer's comments are questionable.

I came here with a gift certificate and never been here before. I pull into this tiny office complex with just horrible parking. I come in and it is a dingy office with nasty carpeting and stained walls. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The receptionist was very unfriendly. The office had 3 massage rooms. That's it. I showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment and the massage therapist who was the owner did not even greet me till 9 minutes past my appointment time. She asked me what kind of massage I was looking for and if I had any problem areas and I said that I wanted deep tissue and had a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. She said ok and had me lay face down on the table. I got undress and onto the table and I was waiting on the table for another 8 minutes. She quickly went over my neck and shoulders, spending barely any time there. She asked me how the pressure was and I said that I wanted more but she didn't even give me more. It was the lightest massage I have ever had. She ended my massage 7 minutes before the end of my appointment. So here was my 60 minutes massage but it was actually 36 minutes. It was seriously the worst massage experience of my life.

Kim gave a great massage and adjusted pressure according to my request. I will visit her again!

after painting for several hours i became very stiff and came in for a massage to relax. very nice office with friendly people. Best massage ever!!!! i will be telling my friends and coming more often. only downside is you have to schedule in advance, but they do offer a cancellation list for last minute openinngs.

The male massage therapist is inappropriate with language, and actions. worst experience I ever had in massage. The Ownner would not listen to complaint, sided with her coworker who simply rents a space in her building. Women beware.

This spa has numerous clinicians experienced in a wide variety of services. Very pprofessional, relaxing and personal needs addressed. I have recommended this to all my family members and friends and they have enjoyed and benefited from the sessions.
