i purchased a groupon for their service for 4 ultrasonic cavitation treatments. At my first appt. i was sitting next to a lady who had waited an hour, and she said she's had 4 treatments and they were never on time. she also said she did not see results. Since she had already waited an hour for her appointment and mine was scheduled 30 minutes after hers, i left. Life is too short to wait over an hour for something that apparently doesn't work. the Roswell location has a sign for an accountant on their office. it really didn't seem like a legitimate business at all.

Do not waste your money! I would have given them negative stars for the rating if it would have been an option. I bought a Living Social Deal for 10 Ultrasonic Cavitation Treatments. I made 5 appts with the company, but have only received 1 treatment in 7 weeks. They have cancelled 2 appts just 2 days before each appt, which were scheduled more than 2 weeks in advance. When they do call to cancel, they say that I have to call back during business hours to reschedule. The other 2 appts, I received a confirmation email only to show up and the office was closed. Appts are available 3 weeks out, so it is clear that they can not handle the volume/demand associated with doing Internet Deals. This is the worst company ever!
