While the staff was friendly enough albeit strange, I came in for a pedicure, was taken into a closet size room. With me was, I assume, the owner, and while the owner had a pedicure by a woman who was having her hair colored, I proceeded to get the worst pedicure I have ever had. The nails were cut unevenly, the polish looked like I had done it myself and all the while I had to listen to the banter of the owner and this other woman. In addition, when using my $50.00 gift certificate, I was not given change but either had to buy something I didn't want or get another gift certificate from them that I will NEVER use. I was SEVERELY disappointed in the entire experience.
