I've only been to this spa for a manicure/pedicure, and I have to say first off, their nail tech, Natasha, is incredible! She gave me one of the best mani/pedis I've ever had. The french manicure on my real nails lastede over a week - and I have twin toddlers! That's saying a lot!
However, I found their prices much more expensive than other spas that quoted me and parking can be difficult. The spa doesn't have much of a relaxing atmosphere either. I found the reception/check in staff rude. The girls just wanted to hang out and chat rather than check me out when I finished services. Also, I was paying with gift certs, and when I made the appt, they failed to tell me you can only tip with cash/check. They should definitely warn new customers of this policy so we can come prepared. When I suggested this, they blew me off and acted as though I was over-reacting.
I'd go back just for Natasha, but if not for her superb services, I'd never step toe in there again. There are far better spas in the area.
