About Strike 3 Pitching
We are a premier indoor training facility for girls fastpitch softball players, coaches and teams. We specialize in individual as well as group lessons in pitching, hitting, catching. and fielding.At Strike 3, we believe that each of our players is a person with a name and a family and a story. We learn her background and we track her progress. We work to make every lesson challenging and enjoyable for every player.Strike 3 presents fun and exciting atmosphere to learn and improve each players overall game. We offer individual attention to each player with personalized lesson plans in order to achieve each players goals and to prepare her to play competitive fastpitch softball.Location

Individual Catching Instruction
45 minute lesson. Individual instruction for catchers to work on stance, framing, blocking, throwing, and footwork. Catchers are also taught the mental aspect of the game including calling pitches, working counts, and understanding a catcher's role on a team. $45 |

Individual Fielding Instruction (30 Min)
30 minute lesson. Infield or outfield- skills to be taught include footwork, accurate and strong throws, soft hands, bunts, ground balls, fly balls, drop steps, etc. Also discuss strategy. $35 |

Individual Hitting Instruction
45 minute individual hitting lesson. The staff at Strike 3 works with beginner players to teach basic technique, stance, grip and swing. Advanced batters will learn about strategy, placement and how to read the defense. $50 |

1 Hour practice session w/out a lesson
Price is $20/Pitcher. We can accommodate just one, or several pitchers at a time who wish to get in some pitching practice without a lesson. Balls, plates, and buckets are available for use. Catchers gear (adult and youth size) is also available for use by any catcher. |
