    Real Life Yoga Studio Holbrook was established in May 2006. We offer a variety of yoga classes for all abilities. Classes include Gentle Hatha Yoga, Power/Tone Yoga (intermediate level), Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Tai Chi, and various monthly workshops. We also offer Acuppresure and Reiki Services, as well as Private Classes.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga for Women

This 45 minute class is designed for women who have experinced trauma or tramatic events in their lives. Yoga teaches us to be in the moment and not living in the past, to befriend the body again. The class is only offered by pre-approved registration. Clients taking this class must have a psychotherapists they meet with on a regular basis. This class is not meant to be a substitution for therapy, but to enhance your overall healing process and intregrate the two modalities together.
