    The sun drenched studio offers space, light and serenity to morning and afternoon yoga practice.The candle light and fireplace offer warmth and depth to evening practice. Guests will experience authentic yoga under the care and guidance of some of Rockland County's best teachers, yoga therapists, yoga authors and ERYT500 instructors just to name a few.

    Sanctuary offers classes seven days a week at all levels. Beginner to expert students will find a space of non judgement and community. Offering Hatha and Vinyasa classes as well as specialties such as chair yoga, therapeutic and restorative yoga and classes geared specifically towards men and athletes. 

    Sanctuary Yoga Studios also offers workshops, retreats, teacher training certification and on site corporate yoga. For social functions Sanctuary offers its studio for private events and fundraising.

My first class at Sanctuary Yoga was on the opening weekend and I have been practicing there ever since. Every teacher is welcoming, professional and friendly, the space is comfortable and warm, there is a nice variety of classes, great workshops and the prices are very reasonable. I very highly recommend Sanctuary Yoga to beginner or experienced students.
