Alex Quesnot

Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Alex has always been invested in fitness and sports; specializing in tennis, basketball, and football. His career in personal training started six years ago at 24Hour Fitness and he has over 6,000 training sessions of experience with over 150 clients. He is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association. Through NASM, he holds certifications as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist. He is also certified through CrossFit Level 1 Coach, Kettlebell Concepts Level 1 Instructor, TRX Band certified, and CPR/AED. Continuing education is very important to Alex so he can stay abreast of the most recent training and education. Alex is a natural people person, which allows him to motivate and educate each person in the way that best fits their needs.

Moving to the city of Austin from New York, Marie had a reclaimed passion for fitness after being motivated by the city and it's resources for an active lifestyle. Certified through Professional Fitness Trainer Association (P.F.T.A.) here in Round Rock TX, she is also CPR/ AED certified. Marie is actively pursuing certifications in other areas of fitness and strength training. Throughout her life she has been extremely active within sports such as: softball, hockey, volleyball, swimming and soccer. Her experience within JROTC and ROTC gives her the leadership capabilities to thrive on military style training while combining the contemporary styles of everyday life.

Anthony Vega 

Anthony Vega

Originally from Nebraska, Tony came to Austin after serving in the U.S. Army as a Airborne Soldier in the 82nd Airborne. While in the Military, he found that he had a deep passion for fitness, health, and helping others in need. Thus leading him to become a Army Master Fitness Trainer. Tony has also competed in baseball, wrestling, track and field, football, cross-country running, boxing and has participated in Marathons and MS150's. Since his move to Austin, he started his family in 2004 and reclaimed his faith in Christ in 2006 after his 2nd child. Since then he went back to school and received his degree of Occupational Associate of Science in Advanced Health Fitness Training. He is also certified from NASM and is AED/CPR certified from American Red Cross. Tony's training revolves around functional training, cardiovascular, boxing, and the skills he acquired while in the military.
