Reflexology is a form of bodywork that focuses primarily on the feet.  The underlying theory is that there are "reflex" areas on the feet and hands that correspond to specific organs, glands and other parts of the body.

Focuses on high tension areas such as lower back and hips, and enhances range of motion and circulation to reduce problems associated with swelling.  This massage utilizes a specially designed body pillow or side lying position to enhance client comfort.

Need more calm in your life? Recovering from injury or illness? Lauren will combine grounding, restorative yoga with healing Reiki. Restorative yoga is a gentle form of yoga that releases areas of stress and nourishes the body. Most of the session is spent resting on the support of props, blankets and bolsters, totally relaxed. This is combined with Reiki, a Japanese energy healing technique. Reiki increases one’s life force based on the idea that an unseen energy flows through all of us. In your session, Lauren will focus on healing, inner relaxation, and providing an opportunity for you to find peace of mind, body, and spirit. Practiced completely on the floor with the support of props, Lauren will guide you through gentle poses for about ten to fifteen minutes each while using Reiki to further the healing process. Restorative yoga alongside energy healing is appropriate for any age, body, or stage of life.
