These classes offer new moms the ability to gently regain flexibility and to strengthen core muscles that have been weakened during pregnancy. The best part is we have our babies right there with us! This class is offered to moms after 4-6 weeks of postnatal recovery, up until your child is at the crawling stage, usually around 7-10 months.

In this class we are able to really start to teach kids about the principles of the yoga poses and practice. We build confidence and self awareness.
