The style I guide is a Vinyasa Flow, Movement through Breath. All sessions include Pranayama, Asana, and Meditation. My classes are for all levels — first time & beginners to experiences practices. It’s about beginning where you are and growing from there. If you have an injury, yoga is a great way to repair and strengthen your body and mind. I give options for modifications as well as adjustments throughout the class.

Yoga-Michael

Taught by Michael Krushinsky.  His style of yoga puts an emphasis on building adequate heat in tissues to ensure deep stretches and joint mobilization. By combining movements from gentle, Anusara yoga, with the heat-building of power and Vinyasa yoga, and the occasional deep joint work of yin yoga, we're able to open more deeply into joints to restore range of motion. My focal points are openness in shoulders and hips, and the integration of midline stability through all active poses."
