    Simona Yoga is a School of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan in Los Feliz. We are the only Yoga studio to offer Classes, Workshops and Teacher Training of Shakti Dance, the Yoga of Dance. Sadhana

This is a Kundalini Yoga practice that starts in the morning before sunrise and ends before 8am.
