Not a very understanding person when it comes to your other priorities such as work. I gave her a warning that I would be late due to traffic and she did not respond. Five minutes before arriving to the salon (after a very long and stressful drive), she forced me to reschedule. Then she attempted to charge me $25 for "canceled" fees. This was all on my last session. My first session she kept forgetting our appointment. Second, third, and fourth appointments, she practically pushed to set my appointments for earlier times and on days that the salon closed earlier. She had no consideration (despite telling her several times that I travel about 1.5 hours to reach the salon) for the fact that I was driving through rush hour straight from work. I am very disappointed.

I had excellent results at laser luxury. I highly recommend it, I have already referred my sister and 3 friends and they are all pleased with their experience and how dramatic the reduction in hair was after only a few treatments. Very professional and reasonably priced.
