Intro to Capoeira

Use your yoga class pass and come try out this beginners Capoeira class. What is Capoeira? It is a Brazilian martial art that is part dance, part music, part acrobatics, and 100% fun. Capoeira is a great way to expose you and your family to another culture AND do something that is fun and healthy.What you need to bring/wear to the sessions: Wear loose fitting clothes that you can move comfortably in.
