Dream spa? I don't think so...
Do you like to be kept waiting? Do you like to be treated with comtempt and disrepect? Then this is the place for you!!! I did not even get a chance to get the massage that i had an appointment for. They were late to arrive. All their advertising says they are open at 10am, yet they did not arrive until 10:40am. Then, when attempting to reschedule and get information, they treated me horribly and practiaclly yelled at me! I could nit believe it. Of course I was upset and stormed out. I then wrote a review on facebook only to get insulted by the owners yet again!! Well, it's a good thing I didn't stay, becasue after reading several other reviews, i see that I am not the only one who has had this experience. I thought they might have had a rough day, as we all can from time to time. But it seems to be a pattern. I highly recommed finding somewhere else to go to feel pampered and relaxed!

Hello Victoria. You may want to mention how you were so irate over the fact that the spa was 10 minutes late opening due to an emergency. Your appointment, as you know was at 10:30am, it is no ones fault but yourself for showing up at 10am whether we open at that time or not. Many apologies were given to you, on several occasions and you would just not drop the fact that you had been there since 10am. In addition, the way you acted during your time inside the spa and outside is not the way a "lady" acts. You stormed out of the spa screaming profanaties that you scared off other clients coming in. I believe the way you acted was not only unprofessional, but disturbing. No one at the spa could figure out, how a person could get so furious over something so petty. I believe you really, really, needed that massage, is ashamed that you did not get it. We wish you the best and hope that you will learn how to react to petty situations in a better way then you did that day. We ALL have situations that are beyond our control, clients, managers, supervisors and even owners. You might also want to mention how you went on a rampage attack on people you don't even know, spreading lies throughout the internet, calling people toxic, plague, etc... do you think that's correct? Are companies suppose to just sit back and take the abuse from customers, I don't think so. there's a respect level that should be encounter by all humans and you through that out the window the minute you left this spa and the minute you went on a rampage attack spreading nasty rumors. Move on, as we have.

The service is terrible. They had me wait an hour to be seen when there were no other clients. Then they were running around like crazy bc obv no one was prepared. The massage was okay, nothing great. I asked for a hot stone massage but they said they didn't offer for the package I bought thought it specifically says you have to ask for it on the paper. The manicure chipped and came off within a week. And finally, when I got my facial I told the "specialist" that my nose felt like it was burning and she shrugged it off as its just the mint from the mask, then proceeded to zap me with a lazar on my already burnt nose. The next day I looked in the mirror and my nose had a black scar from the burn. When I called to tell the manager she told me it was my sensitive skin & that they didn't burn me. She also called me a liar and rude. Very unprofessional way to handle business if you ask me. I will not be going back and I'll be telling all my friends about their horrible business.

Let me start off by first saying, "We appreciate your comment", as we strive to better our services and spa everyday to make the experience of our clients the best possible. First, if you are so confident in what you write and experience you should start off by putting your name. If is who I believe it is, I would like to clarify a few remarks you made that are completely untrue. The same way you have the right to write whatever you want, we have the same right to defend ourselves and give our version of the truth. Second, you never complained about the services you received. As a matter of fact, before you left I asked you "How was your experience"? You replied "Great, everything was awesome". Never did you mentioned anyone burning you or did you ever call complaining about your nail polish chipping. Honey, there is no guarantee in any spa or nail business that the nail polish is going to last forever, is not like you did "shellac". You could have done a million things during that week that would have caused your nail polish to start chipping off. Third, we don't use laser, as you call it to do facial. It is called a "high-frequency machine" that is used to close your pores so you don't get an infection. If your skin is prone to burning than maybe that is something you should have identified in the documents we had you fill out. In addition, according to what I read on your file, you have done multiple things to your face which is probably the cause to your skin being so sensitive. Exposing your skin to different treatments and facials at times may not make matters better, but worse. We use the best products here, Wilma Schumann and we have never had any complaints on our products or our estheticians with more than 10 years experience. Fourth, if your face would have been really burned as you have stated, rescue would have been called and your face looked brand new after you left, what you could have done to cause irritation or for it to burn after you left here, only you would know that. I was never rude to you, you ask me a question and I responded. You may not had liked my respond, but I am truthful. FORTUNATELY, we have been doing very well and we appreciate all clients that have provided us with their support. In life, you are not going to be able to please everyone, just as much as not everyone you come across will you get along with. Like I first mentioned, we strive everyday to do our best and provide the best service to our customers.
