The first appointment is a 1 1/2 hr.?session, at Ocean Wellness Spa, in which you and Donna will examine your existing diet and create a tailored plan based on your personal needs. The second meeting takes places in the aisles of the supermarket. You will walk the store as Donna points out products and brands (good and not so good) as you also learn how to really read a food label.
