This class is run as a 6 week series. Pre-registration is mandatory. Pre-crawlers are welcome. We will be including the Pfilates repertoire and the focus is pelvic floor and post-natal rehabilitation.

Drop-in Mat Pilates, All Levels class is exactly what is sounds like. This class is in our big studio and will be practiced on the mat. The instructor will give modifications and variations on every exercise to make sure every participants is both safe and challenged. Pilates is best practiced by learning and understanding the fundamentals and we recommend that all individuals new to Pilates attend beginner classes and incorporate intermediate levels only when their instructor approves.
