This 30 minute appointment will be the first step to managing your disease state through exercise. You will meet with an EIM- Certified Health and Fitness Professional who will listen to your concerns. and review your medical history with you. They will answer questions, give advice, and work with you to figure out the best way to incorporate exercise into your treatment plan. |
