This 30 minute appointment will be the first step to managing your disease state through exercise. You will meet with an EIM- Certified Health and Fitness Professional who will listen to your concerns. and review your medical history with you. They will answer questions, give advice, and work with you to figure out the best way to incorporate exercise into your treatment plan.

A one-on-one session with a certified personal trainer. This session is perfect for people with difficult schedules, or for those who need extra guidance to reach their unique fitness goals.

Private Personal Training with no long term commitment.  This option is great for people who want all the benefits of a 30-minute, one on one session, but want to take a less committed approach. This is a great option for the person who travels often, or who may not be here in Jacksonville for an extended period of time. This is also a good way to test the Varsity program and see if it is a good match for you.
