I got my hair permed here and it came out absolutely gorgeous. It was my first perm in about 15 years. The service was excellent and it smells really nice in the store. You practically receive aroma therapy for free! The waiting room has a plasma tv, with couches, and candles. They also offer you tea while you wait. Also it's a no tipping salon. Good deal. I would recommend getting a perm there because they use 97% natural material. My hair doesn't feel damaged and doesn't have that after-perm chemical smell. It seems as if it was naturally permed. Anyway, I would definitely recommend this place. =)
Today I had a haircut and partial weave (highlights) and it was a wonderful experience. I was late and still was treated with respect and kindess even though they had another client right after me. They were creative enough that the next client was not affected. The reception store area is seperate from the spa and the hair salon, this helped with the calming atmosphere as well as the privacy. I was offered water or tea upon my arrival...just another bonus! While waiting for color to set I was sent to another tranquil room and very cozy I might add with magaziness, couch and chair. Shama who cut my hair was wonderful, non-aggresive but new exaclty what I wanted, I am very satisfied and am going back in 7 weeks. Never pushed to buy their products although I did becuase Aveda is great! Oh and I can't forget the head and hand massage, amazing! Everything new and clean!So here is the kicker and I may still be shocked, I tried tipping my hairstylist and to my surprise they don't accept tips, yep you heard me, no tips!!! Wow huh!!This spa salon comes highly recommended from a very satisfied custiomer.
