I went there for color and a haircut. Although I had an appointment with her, Jerri refused to color my hair as she had to "go home to [her] baby." She rudely and abrasively asked me if I was recommended to her. When I replied that I was not recommended, she rushed over to the front desk and had me switched to another colorist, upstairs. That should have been my cue to leave. The girl who colored my hair upstairs, (I cannot recall her name), did a horrendous job on my hair. I asked her to try and get my blonde, highlighted hair as close to my natural, medium blonde as possible. This woman left me unattended downstairs in the waiting area with color on my hair for about an hour and no one came to check on me. As I inquired about someone..anyone at this point..to please assist me and wash the color off my hair before it becomes too dark, I was told to wait longer for the original colorist. My hair came out a very dark brown/red and was entirely ruined. No one offered to fix this inexperienced colorist's job and the salon did not offer any other option. I was told that "this is what [I] asked for." However, a medium blonde and dark brown/red are quite different and it was surely not what I had wanted or asked for.

I've always had a great experience here. I have tried the Swedish massage and warm stone massage. Their prices are a little high but they run specials from time to time.

I've only used the salon services here--hair cut and style--but I love it here. I'm very particular about my hair and Dieci's stylist has some of the best in the area. I go to a top sylist but they offer all levels, so you can choose from different price points. The top stylist price is very high, but if you're picky about your hair, it's definitely worth it!

I have been to Dieci for facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, massage therapy, body treatment and spray tan, make-up lesson and numerous hair services. I definitely go for the treatments given by my preferred staff members above the amenities. I have had some that are exceptional and some that caused me to complain. I booked a massage that was far below what was advertised and I've had a nail tech who insisted that she knew better what colors I should choose and chatted more than I would have liked. Regarding the decor and layout, I would rather have my fee go toward the excellence of the staff, rather than extra showers and a bigger locker room. If that is what you're looking for, try DePasquale. I agree about the parking, but I often just drive around the corner or go at off peak hours when there is more space available. They often have valet parking, which alleviates the need to hunt around.

The parking availability is no less than a search for a needle in a haystack. I think that the staff takes up a majority of the available parking space. The hair salon downstairs is open and spacious except for the area where the dryers are located. The spa is very small and there really is not a locker room area. If there were more than two people in the room at one time it would be very crowded. The waiting area to receive your spa service is not very relaxing. Everyone coming through the spa goes through the waiting area because it is the only way to get to the rooms where the services are provided. For the prices that are charged, I would expect more from Dieci. I think it is probably good for hair services but not so much for anything else. Most of the staff is very courteous and they make it a pleasant environment. The space is just too small for what they are trying to offer.

The parking is tight at this facility and the decor is understated. There is a large salon area in the front and a shop on the side. The treatment area is very quiet, although small. I go for regular Sports Massage and it is terrific. The products leave my skin soft and supple and I always leave feeling invigorated (like a Sports Massage should leave you!). I have also had numerous manicures and pedicures. The pedicure chairs are new and the room is spacious and well lit. I have been in some dungeons, people! Sometimes the girls at reception are otherwise occupied with TXT messaging or whatever the heck kids do these days. But the service staff are 100% professional.

My first visit to Dieci was okay. The decor is minimal and the space is small, but effective. Was not too pleased with the shower area as it was very small and only one available, but clean. The staff was pleasant, the masseuse was great! (Can't remember her name, unfortunately). If I were to visit again, it would definitely be for the service not the facilities.
