    Here at S.O.S. functional fitness is our main objective. We achieve this through a series of challenging exercises that achieve rapid fat loss, unbeatable endurance, explosive strength, power, flexibility and quickness. We use the Westside barbell conjugate system and our program elements are diverse ranging from Kettlebell training, suspension training, Olympic lifts, speed-strength training, functional training, and other unpredictable combination of exercises that separate us from the rest. We believe well-rounded fitness is crucial for having a healthy well balanced lifestyle no matter what you do. This program is for everyone of all levels of fitness whether you are a beginner trying to get back in shape or an athlete wanting to improve your game.
