About PhysioLogic Yoga
PhysioLogic Yoga is a unique style of therapeutic yoga created by Physiotherapist and Yoga Instructor Leslee Watt. Using a group approach to rehabilitation, the PhysioLogic Method aims to reduce pain,tension, and stress in a class setting. Through education, pain management techniques, exercise in the form of asana (yoga postures) and relaxation training, these classes are designed as a complementary treatment approach to other therapies.
