The Barre is used to assist in balance during the exercises and some of the movements have ballet characteristics, but you do not need to be a dancer! Although, this specifice work out will give you the long, lean muscles of a dancer! We use light weights to sculpt the arms, tough ab, glute, and thigh work on the floor and at the Barre that will BURN you into shape! |
