Our MOD classes are designed to inspire you to live the MOD life: motivated, healthy and happy! We believe our combination of strength, cardio and flexibility exercises will help you reach your fitness goals.Each MOD routine offers a full-body workout in a positive and safe group atmosphere, designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body. We incorporate barre work, Pilates, Yoga, strength and resistance training, cardio and stretching with a variety of props to challenge your body and achieve results. We focus on the major muscle groups to burn fat, increase metabolism, tone muscles and boost the heart rate. You will work your core, arms, thighs, and glutes to form a tone, fit and lean body.
