I had one of the best massages I've ever had!!! I would recommend her to all my friends & Co workers. She really listened to my concerns & needs & followed through with a fantastic massage. This was the first massage, & I've had many, that I actually started to fall asleep. She managed to find all my knots, & had great pressure points, without pain.... I can't wait to go back again!!!

Tova offers a wonderful massage experience. Her calm, quiet, sweet demeanor puts you at ease right away. The atomsphere is very zen-like and serene. Tova is very thorough in her massage. She can really work problem/tense areas while keeping the whole experience relaxing! Her hands are so strong, soft and warm! I've had many massages in different environments and I keep returning to Tova because she offers an all-around awesome massage experience. You'll be so relaxed you'll just slither out of the door!! And she offer's special deals throughout the year! Don't be put off by the Spring Valley address, it's in a semi-residential area and she's close to Rancho San Diego. Give Tova a try, you won't be sorry!

I was desperate to be seen and had called all over looking for an opening asap. The bigger salons could not accommodate me. When I called and got the answering machine I lost all hope and just gave up. Tova used the caller ID feature and called me back. Within 40 min. I was in her professional hands. Truly heaven sent. AFFORDABLE, PROFESSIONAL & Variety of MODALITIE. TOVA will be my new one stop Beauty & Wellness Day Spa. Tova is Positive energy

I needed a very deep tissue massage. Tova was Fantastic. She targeted all my knots in my shoulders . I felt very relaxed and pain free afterwards. What magical hands. I liked the ambience in the spa. I highly recommend this Spa.

This is a great place to go for health and beauty treatments. The second I walk in the door, I feel very relaxed and welcome. There is a very calm energy and Tova especially is very professional and talented. Tova has an amazing healing touch and I would highly recommend her services. When I walk out I feel like a million bucks! She has a wide range of services she offers that I have tried including massages (hot stone), facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, and reflexology. I highly recommend visiting Tova.

Tova's Wellness Center is not only convenient to the La Mesa, El Cajon and Rancho San Diego areas they offer a friendly relaxing environment. I used to drive to La Jolla for massages, now I can have a great massage or facial close to home. I would highly recommend Tova herself for massage.

Rejuvenating and relaxing experience from the moment you walk in to the Spa. I have sampled more than half of the facials and type of massages offered by Tova. I feel totally treated to a good work out and can face my heavy home and professional schedule re-energized, de-stressed and feeling pampered.
