While the prices seem reasonable in comparison to other spas, it comes back to you in the service you get and the environment you're in. Don't trust that the person who answers the phone has any idea what your talking about so that you're not surprised when you get there to find out they don't have what you asked for. They don't offer couples massages, so don't let the person who answers the phone tell you they do. In fact, the person who answers the phone doesn't even know that couple means two people if that tells you anything. The noise coming from downstairs made it impossible to truly relax. I left Spring Thyme feeling more wound up than when I walked in. I feel like I need another one, maybe even two massages to make up for the experience I had there. Spend the extra money to get a true spa like experience.

I've been going to Spring Thyme in Brooklyn for about a year now, and have always found the staff professional & accommodating. Recently, I've had the opportunity to work closely with one particular masseuse, Sherley. She is clearly much more than a masseuse, she is a massage therapist! Rarely does one get the luxury of working with someone as talented, educated, and genuine. I highly recommend her.
