Open Studio

An unguided practice for experienced students and teachers with at least 3 months of hot yoga experience. Open Studio is an excellent opportunity to cultivate your own personal practice at your own pace, focusing in on areas of personal interest. Because this is a self guided practice we ask that students have at least 3 months yoga experience and a regular practice in a heated room. You are welcome to drop in any time during Open Studio hours, stay as long or as short as you’d like and create any style class your bodies intuition calls. Regular class fees apply.
