About The Omni Grove Park Inn
Built in 1913 to attract well-heeled vacationers to its location high in the Blue Ridge Mountains, The Grove Park Inn is a celebrated North Carolina landmark in the artsy, spiritual mountain town of Asheville. Though a complete renovation took place in 2001, adding an underground spa grotto and expanded sports complex, the AAA Four-Diamond resort spa remains linked to its history and locale, so much so that it has earned a place on the National Register of Historic Places. The design esthetic matches The Grove Park Inn to its surroundings; the property is built of boulders mined from the mountain on which it sits, and indoors, guests will marvel at the cavernous lobby and 14-foot-wide fireplaces. In addition to an 18-hole historic golf course and ample dining options, this mountain getaway features a spacious, subterranean spa with more than 20,000 square feet of amenities, including waterfall pools and relaxation lounges with fireplaces. Revitalizing treatments include the Mountain View Massage and Carolina Mud Pie Wrap.
