Our Community classes are an open level 45 minute vinyasa class. These classes are by donation only, on a give what you can basis ($6.00 minimum) and will be offered 3 times a week. Each month Yoga Strong will feature a local charity and 50% of the donations gathered by our community classes will go straight to that charity at the end of the month. The other 50% will go towards supporting our teachers and our studio space. Community
Our Community classes are an open level 45 minute vinyasa class. These classes are by donation only, on a give what you can basis ($6.00 minimum) and will be offered 3 times a week. Each month Yoga Strong will feature a local charity and 50% of the donations gathered by our community classes will go straight to that charity at the end of the month. The other 50% will go towards supporting our teachers and our studio space. Due to the donation nature of this class, you cannot pre-register online. ***Check at the front desk for this month's charity!*****Community classes will not begin until April 2013** |

Long/Slow/Detox
Long Slow Detox yoga is a holistic approach to nurturing our entire being, body mind and spirit. Our bodies are exposed to toxins in our food, products we use, our environment, and emotional toxins as stress/tension. Moving through Long Slow Detox practice, we honor our amazing bodies with poses firing improved filtration and release of physical and emotional toxins. Long Slow Detox yoga will inspire and empower, help us be more open and fully present in a loving way in our practice, and lives. |
