Can't wait to go back!

Such a wonderful location, very peaceful and relaxing. While having my hair done, I enjoyed watching the river and the deer roaming the field- all from the many large windows in the salon. Very tastefully decorated with a welcoming atmosphere. I will be adding a massage to my next visit, which I was told can be done on the deck with the sound of the river in the background during the warmer months.

Wonderful Location

We visited this spa to use a gift certificate and it was a great choice! The prices were very reasonable. The location is perfect, creek side in the middle of Silverton. The town is charming, so you can leave the spa and go straight to the coffee shop or wine bar! Opt for the creek side massage if you can!

Water Street Salon and Spa is an outstanding experience

I have been fortunate enough to visit this salon/spa regularly for many years. I have always had a wonderful experience - the staff are friendly and competent, Betty (the owner) is a skillful hair stylist as well as being incredibly accomodating and flexible - she has stayed open late so that I could get a color/trim on many occasions. I can't imagine going to another place to get my hair done, my eyebrows waxed, my nails manicured, and my massage - just wait until you have an outdoor massage by the creek!!

Never Returning

I just had the worst customer service I have ever experiened at a salon. Being a working Mom I booked my hair cut and color over a month ago. I got up early, hired a sitter, and drove thirty minutes to my appointment. When I arrived the salon's owner was not there. When she did arrive she told me they had double book my appointment time. They offered to see me at 10, which didn't cut it. That would mean I would be late to pick up my child, which would not work. Since it is a small salon, this problem could have been avoided by making courtesy reminder calls. I didn't needed to be reminded, but they would have noticed the error! I wasn't offered anything for my trouble, and this has cost me gas and time. And now... I need to try to find an appointment elsewhere. I will not return to this salon, and I will make sure my friends hear about my experience.

Bad Atmosphere

The atmosphere of this spa was anything but relaxing. I got a facial and the room I was taken into was cluttered with a nail station and a bunch of junk. During my facial I could also hear a dog barking. Apparently the spa is connected to the owners home and she has a dog. To top off my experience, the lady who was giving me my facial was obviously a smoker because I could smell it as she breathed into my face. Although the ladies of the spa were nice, it was not a very relaxing place and it wasn't worth the money.
