PRENATAL

In these classes pregnant women will be guided through a series of yoga postures geared to stretch the areas of the body that become tight during pregnany. We will practice breathing techniques (aka pranayama) that can be a welcoming tool during labor. Postural strengthening exercises will also be incorporated in this hour to help stabilize the joints of a pregnant body as the ligaments around the pelvis and surrounding area relax and become hyper mobile.
