Flow offers a friendly atmosphere and a clear emphasis on tailoring exercise sessions to individual needs. Flow is a fully-equipped Chicago pilates studio offering individual lessons in both the pilates, and CoreAlign(TM), a dynamic schedule of group exercise classes, as well as the Body Arts and Science International Comprehesive Pilates Teacher Training Program.

Pilates for Healthy Bones: Mixed Equipment
This class is ideal for menapausal and post-menapausal women with postural issues or bone density issues including those "at risk" for, or diagnosed with osteopena and osteoporosis. The repetoire is focused on strengthening the back body and extends beyond traditional pilates repertoire for targeted upper back, hip and spine control. Students will work on strength and balance using the resistance of Pilates and CoreAlign equipment and the ballet barre. |
