This intimate day spa and salon is located on the upscale West Side of Madison. Rejuvenation spa is an Aveda Lifestyle Salon and Spa. The spa features relaxation areas with overstuffed chairs, four comfortable treatment rooms and a Vichy shower. The cozy private rooms are decorated in warn, earthy tones. Features include terra cotta walls and wall sconces creating a relaxing, non-sterile mood. Rejuvenation spa specializes in services such as LaStone therapy, pregnancy hydrotherm, facials, and Vichy showers, and offers services for both men and women. Packages for whole days, half days, and special occasions are also very popular. The spa also caters to brides and bridal parties offering a full time bridal coordinator on staff to assist in booking your wedding services.

I walked into Rejuvenation Spa and they sent me right over to the Spa area. There were treats and tea. It was a very relaxing waiting room and they offered me a robe. My facial was great! I only did a 30 minute facial so when I was done, I felt like there should have been more. The staff person made sure I was comfortable and asked me what I wanted. I left the facial feeling relaxed and my skin was super soft. When I was done, I got another coupon to come back. GREAT experience :)

This spa is a good place to get a haircut and treatments. This is not a really high-end place, it is more simple with a nice and relaxing atmosphere. The Vichy shower treatments are to die for! I would recommend the place.

I went to this spa salon for a bridal updo. Clearly, the price matched the service, as it was expensive, but the service was not even close to what I was hoping to get. I was 10 minutes late because it happends that on your wedding day things don't go exactly as planned. The lady was very patronizing, and said that since I was 10 min late, we didn't have time to go over what would "look good" on me. She did not even wash my hair, which is something I've never heard of before in a hair salon, and when I inquired about it she looked all flustered and said that they do not wash the hair. I had brough in a picture of what I wanted done, and when i asked if she, as a specialist (this was a so called "level 4" hair stylist), think it would look good on me, she snapped and said that we didn't' have time for this and I just needed to pick something and stick to it. The picture I had brought in had a little braid on the side of the head. My stylist braided my haird way too tight to the head that you could see my scalp and I looked bald. Finally, I told her that there is no way that I could look like that in my wedding so she angrily took it off and pulled the hair back. I left the salon with a hair that I hated. It did not look anything like the picture I had brought in. I wanted something very simple and natural, and she sculpted my hair in a ridicoulos way and put so much product in that I almost cried. Yes, it is my fault for not having a trial apointment, but I thought that a level 4 specialist (the most expensive) would at least give me the time a day to try to make me feel good and beautiful, it was my wedding day. $80 later I left the salon with really pissed off and with a crappy hairdo.

Hi - I believe the Rejuvenation Spa is the number one Spa in Madison. I've visited a handful of others and they don't even come close or compare to the professional environment and expertise of their staff.
I've had numerous massages (including the hydrotherm preganancy massage - absolutely amazazing), pedicure, manicure, and hairstyling for a wedding.
Every single service and professional provider was phenomenal. I would recommned this spa to anyone.
Even the shower experience is out of this world. You are able to try so many of the aveda products and the shower has 3 additional shower head sin the wall to provide an all over relaxing exerperience.
I will continue to receive services here for a long time.

I was pleased when I entered the spa as even though it is located in a hair salon the spa is located behind closed doors which I was hoping would add to the ambiance. The facial was very good while the massage was just mediocre. The biggest problem was that while services were going on they allowed or better yet people coming to the spa thought that it was appropriate to bring small children to enjoy the lunch that they had catered in. I have 2 children of my own but the spa is not the place for them. You could hear them running and yelling and babies crying while getting your service. I'm sure that this isn't always the case but it was frustrating to not be able to relax. I would recommend to this spa that in the future they have a policy regarding this. I would probably visit again for a facial but would voice my concern to the management before doing so.
