Coldwater Creek – The Spa aims to ensure that every detail has been conceived with comfort in mind. The spa strives to offer a natural setting of earth tones to give guests a place to relax and get away from the hustle of the day. Services cater to both men and women and include facials, massage, nail care, body treatments and skincare treatments for which carefully selected organic products are used with each. Spa packages are available as well.. Guests can enjoy a complimentary foot soak prior to any skincare or body treatment in the spa’s quiet relaxation room. Customized services for teens are also offered. Coldwater Creek – The Spa opened its first day spa in 2006 in Tigard, Oregon, and since has opened nine locations across the United States.Location

I have been to this spa 6 or 7 times now and every time it turns into the best time ever spent in a spa. I would recommend a massage and the pedi here anytime. I have never had my finger nails done here yet.

I've been 3 times -- the first time was exceptional for a girls day at the spa with 2 friends ... marvelous pedicure. the next time for wax and manicure was average. the 3rd time i took my sister as a gift for the pedicure and it was less than average right down to nail paint. the enviroment is lovely but you can't count on a good experience.

Love, love, love, the pedis here. Zero gravity chair with a blanket over you and a warm neck wrap. So good I almost fall asleep. My husband did! The treatment is very detailed and my feet feel wonderful afterwords.
Never had a bad experience here and will continue to go everytime I visit Portland. The prices are on the spendy side but worth every penny.

I've visited Coldwater Creek a few times for Mother's Day outings with my daughter and my mother...we have enjoyed the most awesome facials and great massages. Staff was friendly and atmosphere was very nice. Hope to make appointments for all of us this spring for another 'Mom Retreat'...

I went in for a manicure. I would have been better off going anywhere but here. Very unsatisfactory experience. Told Julie the manager and she didnt do anything in fact she didn't even seem to care. I wouldn't waste your money or time here.

My sisters and I were shopping at Bridgeport. We wanted to get our nails done since the spa looked so nice. The place is beautiful but it really isn't worth the money. If i wanted average work I would have done so. Don't waste your money here unless you just want to blow off some dough.

The spa atmoshere itself is nice, calm and basically what you would expect from a day spa in this price range. However, I had a massage and a mani/pedi and both treatments, I would say, were average. I never was able to get through to the massage therapist exactly what I wanted, so I finaly just gave up..and the mani/pedi was basically what one could get for $30 in a strip mall. Nice, ok, but not worth the money. Unfortunate because ti's so pretty.

My sister and I went to have facials for my birthday. I made reservations and notified the receptionist that we would want waxing at the time of the appt. He said that would be fine. When we arrived at the spa they were very friendly. My facial was not great and I had to remind the girl that I wanted a brow wax, not only did she cut into my facial time for the wax they charged me an extra $20. It would have been fine if she had done it afterwards and then charged me extra. Any ways for a half hour massage and a half hour facial the bill for two was $265 I felt this was steep and definently feel you are just paying for the brand when you visit this salon, will never visit again.

I have visited this spa multiple times and have really enjoyed it. Even though I look young (I'm 30 tho) the staff has always treated me with respect which I don't always find at upscale places. I really enjoyed the facial I got there and brow waxing. I have also had a very nice pedicure there and 2 massages. I would recommend going there and using your Spa Finder $$$ there.

I was so happy to find a warm, friendly and comfortable place. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I went for 50min massage and got a complementary foot soak. The changing area had sooo many great extras to take advantage of. No one rushed you out, relax as long as needed. I would recommend this spa to everyone.

I have visited this "spa" two times for massage. The first time I had a very bad experience, because the massage therapist was unprofessional and did not even provide the full treatment, it was short by at least 15 minutes. The therapist also talked through the entire massage, (about her personal problems), no less. Whew! I felt way ,more stressed out than before my massage. Pretty much the same bad experience happened to me the next time and my mother in law also had a very bad experience. It is too bad because it is so close to my home. I will never go there again, what a waste of money. I also had a very poorly done facial. Beware ladies! Don't waste your spa dollars on unprofessional services!!!

I'VE BEEN HERE 4 TIMES - ALWAYS FOR FACIALS AND A COUPLE OF TIMES I ALSO HAD MASSAGES - EVERYTHING WAS GREAT, BUT I ESPECIALLY HAVE ENJOYED THE FACIALS. WONDERFUL FACILITY, GREAT STAFF. LAST YEAR FOR MOTHER'S DAY WE BOOKED MY DAUGHTER, MY MOTHER AND MYSELF...WE ALL LOVED OUR SPA DAY! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SPA!

This place is so great! I have only been there twice, and both visits were great. First, you get greeted warmly by the staff, and get shown to a beautiful locker room where you change into your luxurious robes and comfortable slippers. Before your treatments, you get a complimentary foot messge, tea, and snacks. The first time I went there I got a fantastic therapist, the second time my therapist was not as great but still very good. The waxing there is not painful at all and the messages are amazing, featuring great aramotherapy. I love this place!

This past week was the 1 year anniversary of this spa. I have been going to this spa for the past year. I have tried all the massage treatments and have loved each one. I am especially fond of the Lavender Aromatherapy massage, however the hot stone treatment is great in the winter time. I have found it harder to get into an appointment due to the popularity of this day spa. The smiles and the greetings of the spa attendants starts from the minute you walk in. I have seen the attendants be attentive to both the men who stop in for a gift card for the wife or girlfriend who may feel a little out of place, and to those of us waiting for an appointment. They ask you to get there 15minutes early for a foot soak and massage and this is something extra with the cup of tea that you should not miss. I regularly get in for the Take a Break massage which is a great half hour stress release.

I came in and was greeted warmly and genuinely by the front desk people. The lobby is very calm and airy. It even smells good- not too strong- nice and light.
The people seem very freindly and sincere and really care about their clients.
I'd definitely go back!
