Bachelorette and Hair & Makeup- Also AWFUL I booked both my bachelorette party and my wedding hair & makeup through this place. At first, I went through a quite overzealous spa director who could NOT keep my information straight, continually leaving me messages that I could upsell to other packages, or I needed to pay- she was quite clearly confusing me with other clients. Their spa manager Trisha did all booking over the phone with me, including asking me to pay for 50% of the amount for the hair and makeup. I paid this over the phone via my MC on 8/16/2010 in the amount of $270.00. There was no contract signed. During the last week of August I received a voice mail message from Samantha at Intuition. She stated that Trisha had been let go, and she was now in charge of my file. She confessed that she did not have all the details of what my wedding day involved, and even noted that a lot of info seemed to be missing. I was concerned. I re-explained what we had going on, and she brought up that we might be getting Hurricane Earl coming through. I expressed concern over this as well and asked her if I should cancel. She said that it certainly made her nervous/concerned about driving to Brewster, and that I could cancel if I wan

My daughter first introduced me to Intuition by giving me a gift certificate for Mother's Day. In June, I scheduled a facial and a swedish massage - and both my esthetican and massage therapist were great! Very professional and sweet. I didn't want to go home! I enjoyed my experience so much that I decided to put together a "Mom's night out" and have some of my close friends come down to the Cape for the day/night. Trisha, the spa manager, arranged every detail for us flawlessly. They presented us with fun drinks, and snacks to munch on while we were having our services. We got manicures, and pedicures. A couple of us got massages as well (Thanks to Jean and Dawn for the BEST massages!), and we also got spray tanned by Samantha. What a fun night!! We were all dolled up, relaxed, and ready to hit the Hyannis Harbor for the night! We'll have to start making this a tradition every year! Thank you Intuition for an amazing time!

What an amazing spa! As the organizer of the event for five women, everything was absolutely PERFECT! The girls lavished in mani's and pedi's, teeth whitening and another had a half hr. Sweedish Massage. Champagne with orange juice and breakfast foods were provided as well! We were all treated with absolute luxury. Thank you to the staff and especially the owner for making us feel like we were the only guests at the spa. THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE FOR A SPA EXPERIENCE ON THE CAPE!!!!!

The wedding is in two weeks and four members of our bridal party chose Journey Studio & Spa for part of our bacheloretty party weekend. We made the right choice! We had many services from pedicures, to salt scrubs with massages and finishing lotion, to ear coning, to facials, to mud wraps to mini massages and mini pedis. The staff was professional and personable, taking pride in the services they provide and creating a warm soothing environment. On top of services, we enjoyed a private room for our group with lunch and champagne where we could relax between services and either chat or just enjoy the soothing music and candle light. Journey Studio & Spa is a must-visit! It was the best part of our weekend on Cape Cod!

I recently went to Journey, and I really enjoyed my experience. I had a seaweed wrap for the first time, and the staff took care of everything. I felt completely relaxed and comfortable. My friend and I have decided to make this a monthly thing. The facility was clean and had a very relaxing atmosphere. I met the owner and she was wonderful. They had a wonderful selection of classes and spa treatments. I would definitly recommend this Spa for anyone.

I have never been to a Day Spa before and for my 50th birthday my daughters took me to Journey Spa for a day of beauty! We each had a Detox Wrap, a Facial, and a Manicure. The girls who performed our services were all very sweet and well-versed on everything they were doing! I felt like I was on an Oasis in the middle of Hyannis. We took an elevator to the third floor and as soon as the door opened we walked directly into the lobby and were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. She took us to thechanging area and we were each given robes, slippers, and keys to store our belongings. From there we went to a waiting area and were offered champagne and cucumber water! We were each then taken to our own room, where there were candles lit and soft relaxing music playing. I had the Facial first, then the wrap and ended with the manicure. I can't say which one I enjoyed the most, however, I do know I will go back and try and to figure it out!

The night before my wedding 17 of us went to Journey for a spa party. Everyone at Journey was very welcoming and friendly and they had prepared a schedule for each person. The facial (non-invasive for the day before an event) and the massage were fantastic. We also got manicures and I had a pedicure. Everything went extremely well and we all came out relaxed and with soft skin!

Journey Studio & Spa was the location for a friend's last night as a single girl. party. The staff easily accomodated the 18 of us, with an easy, flowing evening of pampering. Everyone was able to experience a great list of services within about 2.5 hours but no one felt rushed or cheated out of a good experience. THere was a mini schedule, and it kept everything flowing. Everyone had scheduled "lobby time" which allowed us to mingle within our groups and while some were waiting for less private services like nails or make up, there were side areas where we were able to "hang out" and socialize. The 15 minute massage for everyone, including a very pregnant lady, really capped off the night for us! Alicia and her staff were very flexible and willing to set up whatever we wanted. Each of us remarked at the reasonable rate we were charged for this fabulous evening with just the girls. I highly recommend this spa for girls' nights out, bachelorette parties or just individual services. I also have experienced the studio at Journey Studio and Spa. As a fitness instructor at several gyms, I can say from experience that this is a great set up. It's brand new, doesn't smell or have loud noise, and doesn't make you feel guilty for skipping a day or two. Bikes, rebounders, bosus and reformers all have drawn me to this studio as a place to workout when I can't get what I want from another gym. Classes are held all day long, so if you have a lunch break and want to take something, or if you work from home and would rather take a class mid momring or mid afternoon to avoid the rush at other gyms, this is the place. Early bird classes and evening classes also round out the schedule. No membership means that you can come and go without the pressure or guilt that some gyms offer. Punch cards allow you to buy groups of classes as well. Rather than a typical gym set up with machines and weights everywhere, people grunting and loud music blaring, this studio is set up for you to get in the zone once you're in the studio, but you leave through the more subdued spa atmosphere so you can relax as you leave.

As soon as I walked off the elevator into the reception area I felt relaxed. The staff was great, very friendly and attentive! They offered me coffee, tea, a robe with slippers and a locker which was something I wasn't expecting. I had a Le Grand Classique facial with Donna and Mary gave me a Hot Stone massage that was second to none I have had before. I travel around the United States for business and often find myself indulging in services and my experience at Journey was terrific. Highly Recommend it.
