I took my mom here last mother's day for a massage and facial. We both had good experiences with our massage therapists and estheticians, but the only reason we did both was because they only had one masseur on and so we couldn't both go for 1-hour massages at the same time. The massage room that we both used was apparently right next to the storage area, so both of us heard nothing but cabinets slamming during our entire massage. I know the masseur felt terrible (she kept apologizing) but every time we'd feel relaxed, we'd get startled by another slam. I'd recommend them for their service but the loudness really takes away from it.

I went there for a micro derm facial and treatment with a wax. Amber was very comforting and gentle. When she was finished I did not want it to end. I highly recommend this spa as you will be SIMPLY SPOILED.

Michelle incorporated some stretches almost like a customized Thai massage, I had never had this done before, it felt amazing ! Her deep tissue was excellent too therefore I definitely signed up for their awesome membership program ( the prices when you are a member are the best ), and with this quality massage who wouldn't wanna sign up.

My friend and I received Spa finder gift cards. Since our birthday's are a few days apart, we decided to treat ourselves! Simply Spoiled had a special 2 treatments 30 minutes each for $60! I picked the facial & foot treatment. The facial was delightful and very relaxing! I was on the verge of falling asleep at the end. I loved the massage to my face and arms! A second person did my foot treatment. I did enjoy the hot water soak, the mint mask and massage! Although the scrub was nice I was longing for a more vigorous heel scrubbing, but it was very relaxing and my feet felt very good!
The atmosphere was nice. I do remember hearing some noise from the parking lot and a little whistling noise every once in a while..perhaps the air conditioner or equipment. We went around 10 am so it was not busy. We were taken to our rooms immediately. I liked that I stayed in the same room, lying on the table for both treatments! My friend received the foot treatment & massage. She loved her massage, but soaked a little too long in the water for her foot treatment. We both liked it and plan on coming back in the future! We had a very nice and relaxing time celebrating our birthday

I have been a repeated client of Simply Spoiled since 2007, and they just keep on moving ahead keeping up with new Treatments such as the Endermology or lipo massage , I love it because you truly loose inches after one session! another treatment I love is the spray tanning, the color is just perfect every time. Overall they make me feel so special every time I go there and I come out feeling rejuvenated and stress free. Ladies I recommend this place and all their services!

I needed a day off to escape the stress of work, family and the normal everyday and holiday woes. I'd had my spa gift certificate for a while, purchased by my boyfriend on Mother's Day and without a plan I decided today would be the day to use it. I searched through many of the spas and the reviews found on the spafinder website and decided on the the Simply Spoiled Spa for 2 reasons: the location was in Rancho and the online pictures were appealing.
What a WONDERFUL choice! Little did I know I have passed this spa every month for the past year or so as it is right next door to my cleaners. I was pleasantly surprised after enter the establishment; the decor, the relaxing atmosphere, the customer services, my treatments were all WONDERFUL.
I am a frequent spa visitor. I work in a very stressful profession and I believe I have finally found a place that I can commit to for my routine spa visits.

Relaxation at its Finest! Really the best massage for the price.
I like to get my money's worth so I went online and checked out their specials on Simply Spoiled Spa's website. It was $60 for an hour, basically the same as everywhere else without having to sign up for a year. The massages here are consistently way better than the other places I've gone. Lots of places are hit and miss in finding a good massage therapist, but this place has a lot more hits than misses. I also like it that they have the same massage therapists when I go there as some of the staff like Monica and Samantha have been there since I started going there in 2005. I like to be adventurous and try other places, but I keep coming back to Simply Spoiled.

I was sad that Jade Aveda closed on the day I had a prenatal massage appointment until I received better treatment for less at Simply Spoiled Spa. Amanda was the massage therapist that treated me and it was great with friendly service and focused treatment. The location is odd in an old renovated center but you walk in and feel the serenity instantly and the atmostphere makes you forget about how close to home you are.

I received the treat of a day spa visit from my husband as a gift. I have previously visited many and anticipated a luxuiously relaxing trip. I was not disappointed. First, I was lavished with a facial. She is experienced and knowledgable; had some great tips for me to use at home. Later, I enjoyed a massage. The therapist seemed to know right where my problem areas were. She was kind. I could not believe that I actually fell asleep! I had a wonderful time. When I go there the next, I hope to try the couples massage along with my husband!

I came in for a massage and left with an extra half hour than I intended to stay for AND a facial. After receiving a wonderful body massage I felt safe to try the facial. Both services were EXCELLENT and I have had MANY massages and facials. I am new to the area and will DEFINITELY be a regular customer. Oh and the donuts next door are awesome too!

The actual massage was great, the therapist really knew what she was doing. There was an awful lot of men coming and going from there during the time I was there. The staff seemed to be more attentive to them than the females.

Did not wait 1 second. Everything was ready and waiting for me. All of the staff were very professional and kind. The massage was great, relaxing, and got rid of a lot of my back pain. The price was great and I could not ask for anything more.

I arrived on time for my appointment, but the spa was busy so I had to wait for 15 minutes before I was taken to my room. During the 15 minute wait, I noticed that mostly men came in and how the staff flirted excessively with them. Being an MT myself, I thought this was unprofessional, but still went in and received my massage. The massage was average, with MT not being quite deep enough with her strokes even though I asked her twice to go deeper. The facility is nice, but I don't think my $15 tip was appreciated (I think she is used to bigger tips).

I booked their "all about me " spa package.They customized my facial to my skin type , she did a face map and educated me about my skin, she answer all my concerns, very proffessional. The massage relaxing, I felt asleep. The foot treatment was excellent my feet were exfoliated and masqued, that was a different treatment I enjoyed it. and finally the cranberry body scrub was the ultimate soothing experience.
I found my spa....

I like to try out new day spas so I ventured into Simply Spoiled Spa. Nice facility, but the quality of the facial is below standard. Prices seem fair for the area. After being there awhile, I began to get an uneasy feeling about this place. I think it is more geared towards men.
