About Samahita Retreat
Set on the quiet southern shores of Koh Samui island, Samahita Retreat fosters a serene, supportive environment for spa and wellness. Empowering, all-inclusive, personalized holidays and programs based on the disciplines of traditional Ayurvedic, Thai, Western, and Chinese therapies address physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing while promoting inner peace and balance (Samahita is, in fact, derived from the Sanskrit word for “centered”). All aspects focused on detoxification, stress management, weight loss, and yoga training are designed to educate and encourage personal growth to release life’s tensions and move forward in a healthy, more fulfilling manner. Organic Asian and vegetarian cuisine offers the ultimate in nourishment, and all guest rooms reside within minutes of this oceanfront destination’s yoga shala, restaurant, saltwater pool, and beach.
Samahita Retreat is led by founder Paul Dallaghan and a team of wellness advisors, therapists, and a registered nurse.
